Patient received forehead remodeling, sinus setback, brow lift, scarless rhinoplasty (endonasal), genioplasty, tracheal shave and fat grafting to face.

Notice the contour of the face and chin, new eyebrow position. Patient also underwent 4 mm advancement genioplasty (chin).
